Joseph Tiongson currently serves as the Director of Operations and Data Program Manager at QADworks since March 2023. In addition, Joseph has been the President of UPLIFT Pharmacy Consulting Services since May 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Pharmacist at Pico Care Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacist at PharMed Quest, as well as a Pharmacy Intern at Kaiser Permanente. Joseph's educational background includes multiple degrees, notably an MS in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University, an MBA from Chapman University, a Doctor of Pharmacy from Loma Linda University, and a Master of Arts in Bioethics from the same institution. Other qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Gateway Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Biola University.
