Kris Van Ballaer currently serves as the Key Account Engineering Manager at Kuwait Petroleum North-West Europe, a position held since February 2002. In this role, Kris oversees the engineering department for Q8 Retail Benelux and IDS NWE, managing a team responsible for strategic projects, stakeholder management, permits, legal and compliance for approximately 800 sites, contractor and supplier management, as well as standards and procedures. Previous positions at Kuwait Petroleum include Project Engineering Manager for Benelux and Senior Buyer. Prior experience includes roles as Category Manager at Conway, and Category Manager for Food and Non-Food at Supermarkt Van Ende and Supermarkt Anthonissen, respectively.
