Natalie Firth has a background in Oriental Studies with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oxford and studied at Peking University as well. Natalie started their career at Sainsbury's as an HR Project Manager and People Graduate before moving on to Q5. At Q5, Natalie has held various positions such as Analyst, Consultant, Principal Consultant, and currently serves as an Associate Partner.
