Cathy Fay is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Q2 since May 2022. Prior to this role, Cathy held various senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Human Resources at ECI Software Solutions, where support was provided to over 1500 employees globally and collaboration with senior leadership was essential in defining corporate HR strategies. Additional experience includes roles at MedAssets, Idearc Media/Verizon, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, where Cathy provided HR support, policy guidance, and recruitment services. Cathy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
