Lady Poveda is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Q-Vision Technologies since December 2022, Lady focuses on market trends assessment and developing talent retention strategies. Previously, roles included Talent Acquisition Specialist at WPP, where collaboration with hiring managers and managing employee onboarding were key responsibilities. Experience also includes working as a Human Talent Analyst at ASENEG SAS, specializing in tech profile recruitment, and serving as a Human Talent Generalist at 3C Hotels. Lady holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia and has completed additional diplomas in talent management and innovation in human resource management from TECH Global University and Politécnico Grancolombiano, respectively.
