Maxim Kurapatkin has a strong background in software development and project leadership. Maxim started their career as a Software Engineer at STL Port Consulting in 2008 and worked there until 2011. From there, they joined isoTree, LLC as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior SW Engineer and Project Lead. During their time at isoTree, LLC, Maxim worked on various technologies such as Perl, Python, PHP, MySQL, Oracle, and XML. Maxim also gained experience in backend development, API backend development, and team leadership. In 2019, Maxim joined Clutch.co as a Senior Developer.

Maxim Kurapatkin pursued their education at Mogilev Machine Building Institute from 1993 to 1998. During this period, they obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
