Ted Roman has over 25 years of experience in the beverage industry. Ted began their career in 1993 at Heublein, Inc. (now Diageo) as Vice President of Sales, where they developed and implemented strategic sales and business plans to turn around the performance of the company's largest and most profitable brand, Smirnoff Vodka. In 1996, they joined Beverage Marketing Technologies, Inc. as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where they increased the number of advertised brands by 54%, advertising revenue by 484%, while controlling sales and marketing costs. This resulted in bringing the firm to near break-even in 36 months. In 1999, they moved to Pernod Ricard as Senior Vice President of Sales, where they were responsible for U.S. Commercial/Sales leadership, portfolio in-market execution, and achievement of all Sales Revenue and Profit Targets. In 2008, they joined William Grant & Sons as Senior Vice President of Sales, where they were responsible for the Commercial leadership and direction of the U.S. business. Most recently, in 2016, they joined Q Drinks as Executive Vice President, where they are the executive leader of this fast-growth non-alcoholic beverage business.
