With a background in mechanical engineering and an MBA in Business Administration, Brad has extensive experience in managing programs, product lines, and field service projects within the manufacturing industry. He also has experience working internationally, specifically in Belgium, developing service centers for nuclear reactor coolant pumps and motors. Throughout his career, Brad has demonstrated strong leadership, financial planning, and customer relationship management skills.
