Els Roorda is a Senior Data Consultant and partner at Q-Consult Zorg since March 2004, focusing on transformative change within the healthcare sector. Concurrently, Els serves as a PhD candidate at Leiden University Medical Center, researching the necessary degree of data governance maturity in regions to support population health management. In addition to these roles, Els is a Manager and Senior Data Scientist at Casemix, contributing to a collaborative expertise network in healthcare. Previously, Els was the owner and game developer at Crystal Games and served as a trainee at Dutch Space. Els holds an MSc in Business Mathematics and Informatics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an ing/BEng in Media Technology from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
