Teanna Miller, RHIT, has extensive experience in clinical data management and client services within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Client Operations, Registries at Q-Centrix since April 2018, Teanna manages a team of 80-100 remote Clinical Data Abstractors and Team Leaders, focusing on staffing, performance improvement, and quality enhancement. Previous roles at Q-Centrix include Director of Client Services & Trauma Registry and Client Services Manager, where Teanna was responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes supervisory and abstractor roles at Good Samaritan Health System and Penn State M. S. Hershey Medical Center. Teanna holds an Associate's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Rasmussen College-Online.
