Isa Canlas has a diverse work experience in engineering and design. In 2017, they served as an intern at Lighter Than Air Research and Exploration. This was followed by a role as a Product Design Engineer at Cramer LLC in 2019. Afterwards, Isa worked as an R&D Engineer at Kedalion Therapeutics in 2020, and as an Operations Engineer at Ferrara Manufacturing from June to September 2020.

In 2021, Isa joined Doris Dev as a Product Design Engineer, and later that year, moved to BioQ Pharma Incorporated as a Product Development Engineer. In 2022, they joined NewDealDesign in the role of a Product Development Engineer.

Most recently, Isa started working at Q Bio in 2023 as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
