Leah Duncan is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support, systems administration, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Test Analyst at Q Analysts since November 2021, Leah previously held roles at CenITex as an SCCM Engineer in the Cloud Services Team and at Tasmanian Polytechnic as a Senior Customer Support Officer, where responsibilities included migration of Exchange services and implementation of helpdesk systems. Leah's early career includes positions at TAFE Tasmania and linux.conf.au, where management of support services and organization of international conferences were key highlights. With a focus on customer support and technical solutions, Leah also operated a business, Geonetrix, providing extensive network and server support. Leah holds a Bachelor in Computing from Open Learning Australia and a Bachelor in Information Systems from the University of Tasmania.
