Radek G has worked at PZL Mielec and PZL Mielec a Sikorsky Company in various roles related to engineering and management. Radek started at PZL Mielec as an Avionics Engineer in 2009 and later became a Design Engineer (Avionics Systems). At PZL Mielec, they served as an Engineering Section Manager, Section Manager - Technical Pricing Dept., and Senior Design Engineer. Currently, Radek G is the S-70 Platform Chief Engineer at PZL Mielec.

Radek G earned a Master's degree in Aerospace and avionics engineering from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza. During the same time period, they also pursued a Master's degree in the Faculty of Aviation and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology in Rzeszow, Poland.
