Rich De Groot serves as Chief Financial Officer at Pyrotek since August 2024. Prior to this role, Rich was Vice President of Finance, Operations and R&D at Bridgestone from July 2018 to August 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 100 finance professionals and aligning financial strategies with operational goals. Rich's extensive career at Intel Corporation spanned over 20 years, during which roles included Senior Director of Finance for the Data Center Group Revenue, overseeing revenue processes for a $19 billion business unit, and Senior Director of Finance for the Venture Capital & Equity Portfolio, managing an $11 billion equity fund. Rich also held positions as Senior Controller for Manufacturing Analytics and Logic Technology Development & Manufacturing Group, focusing on cost performance and operational metrics. Rich holds a BS in Finance and Economics from California State University, Chico, earned between 1986 and 1991.
