Brandon Ohl has been working in the video and motion graphics industry since 2015. In 2015, they began working as a Bartender at Kates Pub. In 2016, they started working as a Freelance Video Editor for Brandon Ohl Productions. In 2017, they began a three-month internship at Pyramide Productions Inc. as a PA, Gaffer, and Video Editor. In 2018, they began working as a Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer at Chaldea LLC, where they exported and organized text and graphic layers from Photoshop, ingested them into After Effects, and animated each layer. In 2019, they began working as a Freelance Motion Graphics Designer and Assistant Editor for Above The Bamboo Room - Documentary. Brandon is currently working as a Freelance Video Editor for Designit.

Brandon Ohl obtained a Certificate in Filmmaking from the Seattle Film Institute in 2016. Brandon also holds several certifications from the School of Motion, including Intro to Design Principles (Design Kickstart) obtained in December 2022, Advanced Expressions in After Effects (Expression Session) obtained in December 2021, Introduction to 3D Animation (Cinema 4D Basecamp) obtained in June 2021, Intro to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Photoshop Illustrator Unleashed) obtained in February 2021, and Animation Bootcamp obtained in December 2020.
