Nghia Ho has held a variety of roles in the software engineering field, beginning in 1999 as a Software Engineer at Spacebel. At Spacebel, they researched real-time systems and developed integration plans and tools for IBA's proton therapy control system. In 2001, they moved to Ion Beam Applications as a Senior Control System Engineer, where they developed software components for the proton therapy system using Oracle DB, C/C++, Tibco RT-smartsocket, and other technologies. In 2005, they joined Massachusetts General Hospital as a Software Team Leader and Senior Control System Analyst, where they were responsible for system maintenance and new development. Nghia then moved to Schneider Electric in 2011 as a Senior Embedded Software Designer, where they developed web servers on embedded devices and industrial communication protocols. Finally, in 2015, they joined Pyramid Technical Consultants, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained real-time embedded software for multiple hardware products. In 2022, they were promoted to Managing Director at Pyramid Technical Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Nghia Ho received a Bachelor in Computer Science from Dai hoc Qu么c Gia Tp. H么 Ch铆 Minh in 1999, after beginning their studies there in 1994.
