Spencer Fransway has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Spencer started their career as a mason at Jacquelyn Nooney Landscape Inc. in 1995 and worked there until 2000. Spencer then joined Snowdays Foundation as an Executive Director in 2006, developing their managerial skills until 2015. Following that, they worked at ARCIFORM as a carpenter from 2005 to 2007, then as a project manager from 2007 to 2010, and finally as the Business Development Director from 2010 to 2015. Moving on, Spencer joined Richard Holz, Inc. where they served as a Superintendent and Project Manager from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Construction at Pyramid Builders since December 2020.
Spencer Fransway earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Lewis & Clark College, completing their education from 2001 to 2005.
