Chad Moon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chad currently serves as the SVP Total Rewards at Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hotel and resort management company. Prior to this, Chad held the role of Vice President, Total Rewards & HRIS at Benchmark Pyramid, formed through the merger of Benchmark, Pyramid Luxury & Lifestyle. Chad also gained valuable experience as Vice President, Total Rewards & HRIS at Two Roads Hospitality, which was later acquired by Hyatt. Chad has also worked at CareerBuilder, Intrawest, Gates Corporation, The Sports Authority, and Empower Retirement, where they held various roles in compensation, benefits, and retirement planning.

Chad Moon has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Friends University. Chad also has a certification as a Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
