Alexander Pinares Bolivar is a seasoned technology leader with significant experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as the CTO at Pyneapp since September 2020, Alexander focuses on developing HR software aimed at enhancing employee experience by addressing challenges within HR departments. Prior experience includes working as a technical leader at Drtis from March 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities encompassed team management, technology research, and architectural decision-making for various modules. Alexander also held the roles of Full Stack Engineer in multiple projects related to radiology information systems and education in parallel programming at Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad del Cusco.
