Anastasya Grychshenko is an experienced IT talent sourcer currently working at PYGIO since February 2024 and serving as Co-founder and Chief Sourcer at Unicorn Hub Agency since June 2023. Unicorn Hub is a HR startup with Ukrainian roots, founded by professionals with over 14 years in the HR, recruiting, and sourcing fields. Anastasya also has been working as a lead talent sourcer on a freelance basis since August 2019 and previously held the position of Head of Human Resource Department at Forpost from May 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included updating HR policies, hiring for various levels, and developing employee relations and HR strategies. Anastasya holds a degree from Kharkov State University.
