Her role included keyword research, information research, information digging, market research, database management, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SQL, agile, Patent Strategy, and Patent Searching.

Divya Pallati completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavans Vivekananda College of Science, Humanities & Commerce between 2012 and 2015. Divya then went on to pursue a Master of Library & Information Science from Osmania University, which they completed in 2018.
