Alicia Searfoss is an experienced professional with a strong background in data management and fundraising. Since November 2004, Alicia has served as the Data Processing Manager at PWNA, where responsibilities include overseeing gift acceptance, database management using netForum Enterprise, and enhancing fundraising strategies through accurate data utilization. Since 2011, Alicia has also worked as the Direct Mail Fundraising Manager for Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, providing secretarial support to Pastor Reverend Clifton Eaton and church auxiliaries. Prior roles include Special Projects Specialist at MCI/Worldcom and Computer Operator at United Parcel Service. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Onondaga Community College, with additional studies at Syracuse University.
