Austin Beachy's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Austin began their career at Rosedale Mennonite Mission in 2008, working as a Program Facilitator until 2012. Austin then joined DEFENDERS in 2014 as a National Field Trainer, a position they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at ITech Digital as a National Account Manager. In 2019, they joined Gull Lake Ministries as a Guest Services Manager, and they remained in this role until 2022. Currently, they serve as the HR Director & Compliance at PWI, starting in June 2022.

Austin Beachy attended Huntington University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their degree in Youth Ministry.
