Olga Makarishcheva, CPA, is an experienced tax professional with a diverse background in tax consulting and management. Currently serving as an Independent Tax Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting since November 2012, Olga provides tax services to The Carlyle Group. Previously, Olga held the position of Manager, Domestic Tax at Intelsat from June 2010 to August 2012, where responsibilities included reviewing corporate and partnership income tax returns and preparing ASC 740 calculations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young from June 2007 to June 2010, focusing on the preparation and review of various tax returns and auditing international tax provisions. Olga holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Labor and Social Relations.
