Kinga Baranowska is a seasoned professional in talent management and learning and development with extensive experience at PwC Polska as a Talent Manager since October 2023 and previously at Lingaro from December 2014 to October 2023 as a Learning and Development Leader. Kinga has successfully managed various developmental activities, served as an internal coach and trainer, coordinated employee opinion surveys, and implemented wellbeing programs. Additional roles include Learning and Development Coordinator and Employee Experience Manager at Lingaro, as well as consultancy positions across multiple projects and organizations. Kinga holds a Master's degree in International Trade from Wroclaw University of Economics and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Wroclaw, alongside postgraduate studies in Coaching.
