Frank Pinto is a performance-driven construction executive with extensive experience in strategic direction and oversight within the construction industry. Currently serving as Principal at PWC Companies since April 2014, Frank has also held significant roles including Member at PHC, LLC since August 2015, Vice President at Cumming Corporation from March 2014 to 2016, and various leadership positions at Forrester Construction Company from November 2003 to March 2014, including Director of Project Development and Project Development Manager. Frank's career began at Clark Construction in a Business Development role from March 2002 to November 2003. Frank holds a BS in Business from Liberty University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
