Eddie Mata has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eddie began their career as an Instructional Assistant at the Sweetwater Union High School District in 1998. In 2004, they transitioned to working as a Support Engineer at Peregrine Systems. Eddie then joined HP Software in 2006, starting as a Sr. Support Engineer for ServiceManager/ServiceCenter. Eddie later became a Software Engineer in various roles, including Developer for the HP Service Anywhere ITSM product and Current Product Engineer for the ServiceManager/ServiceCenter products. Eddie's responsibilities included developing RESTful integrations, working on the UI and platform application services, reviewing logs and code, debugging applications, managing customer escalations, and investigating reported problems. Their most recent position is at PVM, Inc., where they work as a Deployed Solutions Engineer.

Eddie Mata attended San Diego State University from 1998 to 2003 and completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering.
