Thomas Ebach

Senior Director, HR Divisions - Global Tommy Hilfiger& Calvin Klein EMEA at PVH

Thomas Ebach has been working in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years. Thomas started their career at adidas in May 2010 as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness. In this role, they were responsible for leading and executing OE interventions that would solve workplace issues and improve individual and team performance. Thomas also implemented diagnostic tools that provided insights into organizational effectiveness priorities and ensured that there was a tangible impact from these tools. In addition, they managed stakeholder relationships to ensure that OE was providing credible and relevant work in service to the most critical priorities.

In July 2021, Thomas Ebach transitioned to their current role as the Senior Director of HR Divisions - Global Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein EMEA at PVH. In this role, they are responsible for shepherd desired culture outcomes within the Market as they align with global cultural priorities and imperatives. Thomas also manages internal business projects and initiatives from an Organizational Effectiveness perspective with minimal supervision and consistent reporting of results. Lastly, they partner with HR, Talent and the business community to provide strategic, operational and tactical guidance on all organizational development and effectiveness issues.

Thomas Ebach has a PHR in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Cornell University. Thomas also has a Master of Arts - MA in Leadership and Management - Innovation Leadership from Saybrook University. Additionally, they have a Diplom-Kfm. (FH) in Economics - Controlling and Marketing from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Finally, they have an Industriekaufmann (IHK) from Berufskolleg Wirtschaft und Verwaltung Siegen. Thomas Ebach also has various certifications, such as LinkedIn's People Analytics certification, adidas' Director Development Program certification, MetaSkills' Hogan Assessment Certification, LinkedIn's Organization Design certification, and LinkedIn's Being a Good Mentee certification.
