UrtÄ— ButkutÄ— has work experience as a Sales Development Representative at PVcase since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Research Specialist at Sign on tab from November 2021 to August 2022. UrtÄ— also gained experience as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at South Tours Malaga from September 2021 to February 2022.

Urtė Butkutė completed their Master's degree in Business Management at ISM University of Management and Economics starting from the year 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas between 2017 and 2021. In 2019 and 2020, they also attended Korea University as an exchange student, focusing on International Relations and Affairs. In addition to their formal education, Urtė Butkutė received a Korean Language Proficiency Certificate from King Sejong Institute Vilnius in June 2017.
