Marc Fenton is an experienced UX Manager currently leading the user experience design process at Puzzel since November 2020. With a strong focus on creating user-centered designs, Marc manages a team of UX designers to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functional products for contact centres globally. Prior to Puzzel, Marc held the position of Senior Designer at MV Commercial Ltd, and worked as a UX Designer at Oceaneering. Marc's career began at Aberdeen Journals, where roles included Senior Graphic Designer and Graphic Designer. Marc holds an HND in Graphic Design from City of Glasgow College, completed in 2004.
