Mariana Aguirre currently serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practice as a Nutritionist at a private consulting firm from February 2016 until 2019, and teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana Aguirre holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
