Brian A. has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Brian began their career in 1996 as a Programmer Analyst II at the UCLA Office of Academic Computing / Film and Television Archive, where they provided technical support for UCLA Bruin OnLine and developed a multi-user Access database sales tracking system. In 1999, they became a Project Manager / Technical Lead at Draker.com LLC. Brian then moved to iSuppli Corporation in 2001 as a Senior Programmer Analyst / Project Manager. In 2003, they joined Cal National Bank, now a part of U.S. Bank, as VP, Director of IT, where they provided strategic leadership of the technology team overseeing data and infrastructure of a Los Angeles based bank. In 2010, they became Self-Employed as a Consultant, providing information technology consulting services for banks or financial institutions. In 2012, they Co-founded PushPress - The Gym Operating System. In 2019, they joined Beatsource as a Board Member, a joint venture between Beatport and DJcity with over 30 years of combined experience supplying music and supporting DJs. Brian also Co-founded DJcity, which was acquired by Beatport.
Brian A. completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000. In 2009, they attended the Pacific Coast Banking School, but did not receive a degree.
