Trent Whisenant is an experienced professional in government grants administration and music direction. Currently serving as the Government Grants Administration Manager at Pursuit since November 2024, Trent previously managed the Apprenticeship Grant Program at CareerWise New York, where two significant federal workforce development grants were secured. Additional experience includes a role as a Consulting Analyst at Ascend Indiana, focused on youth apprenticeship initiatives, and directing music programs at Messiah Lutheran Church and First Presbyterian Church, where leadership in music departments was emphasized. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Organ Performance from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Music from The University of the South.
