Leah VonderHaar is an experienced HRIS and Payroll Manager with a comprehensive background in payroll processing and benefits administration. Currently serving at Pursuit Aerospace since February 2023, VonderHaar has previously held similar roles at Whitcraft Group and LAI International, Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing payroll data, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, and managing 401(k) audits. Prior experience as a Payroll Specialist at IDEXX Laboratories and a Payroll Coordinator at Southern Maine Community College further solidified VonderHaar’s expertise in payroll operations. VonderHaar holds an A.A.S. Degree in Business Administration from Southern Maine Community College and a Diploma as an Accounting Microcomputer Specialist from South Central Technical College.
