Ethan Ruot is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in fostering growth and providing lending solutions for small businesses. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Officer and AVP at Pursuit since July 2022, Ethan collaborates with bankers and partners to enhance access to affordable loans for entrepreneurs in Western NY and Western PA. Prior to this role, Ethan contributed to the expansion of Empower Federal Credit Union as a Business Development Officer from October 2018 to July 2022, and operated as a Franchise Owner and Mobile Store Manager at Snap-on Tools, managing all aspects of business operations and customer relations. Ethan's career also includes significant contributions to The Hertz Corporation, where leadership as a Senior Revenue Manager and Operations & Safety Manager resulted in high-performing sales teams and a focus on workplace safety. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Canisius University.
