Katelyn Auclair is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at PurposeEnergy since December 2023, Katelyn previously worked at The Arc of Greater Haverhill-Newburyport from June 2014 to November 2023 as a Human Resources Consultant, focusing on recruitment processes and overall HR strategy. Prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, recruitment, and compliance, and Director of Human Resources at Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico, LLP, where Katelyn supported training and development initiatives. Katelyn holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Theater from Merrimack College.
