Caitlin Ramsay is a professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and people operations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner and previously as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PurposeMed, Caitlin has developed expertise in recruitment and workforce management. Prior experience includes roles as People Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Hive.co, as well as Operations Coordinator at Rapid Novor Inc. Caitlin began a career in customer service as a Bilingual Receptionist at OTIP (Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan). Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2017, and is currently pursuing further education at Sheridan College, expected to conclude in June 2025.
