Haan Palcu-Chang is currently a Crypto Content Specialist at Purpose Investments, a position held since January 2022, following an internship with the same company. In addition, Haan is the Executive Chef and owner of Mama Flo’s LTD, a restaurant consulting and events company active since July 2015, known for operating critically acclaimed food pop-ups. Previously, Haan worked as Chef De Cuisine at Favorites Thai BBQ from June 2019 to January 2022, a restaurant recognized as Toronto Life’s Best New Restaurant in 2020. Haan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Queen's University, completed in May 2007.
