Kavin Lam is a Venture Analyst at Purpose Built since November 2022 and serves as an Innovation SME at Trove Tourism Development Advisors. Lam previously held the position of Venture Studio Strategist at Healthworx, where the focus was on NewCo's and early-stage companies. As a Senior Consultant at Goldratt Consulting, work involved strategy and management consulting aimed at systems-level change. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst in private equity at Gotham Consulting Partners and as a Junior Fellow at The Redwoods Group. Lam also led efforts at Cornell University as General Manager and Executive Director of Operations for Cornell University Sustainable Design, coordinating projects and addressing racial biases in the design field. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and completion of high school at Lowell High School.
