Mini Balaraman has held several positions in the technology industry since 2000. Mini began their career as a Software Engineer at Sun Microsystems Inc. in 2000. In 2006, they moved to Blue Shield of California as a Lead Business Information Analyst. From 2011 to 2017, they were the COO/Co-Founder of PurpleHealth.com, India's leading consumer-focused health innovator. Since 2017, they have been the COO of XILLIGENCE.

Mini Balaraman holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University.
