Nick Waters is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and fulfillment. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Operations at Purple since November 2019, Nick is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, overseeing manufacturing, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. Previous roles at Rio Tinto included Advisor positions focused on category management and strategic sourcing, as well as procurement and warehouse management, where significant cost reductions were achieved. With a background in the golf and retail sectors, Nick possesses strong leadership skills and has consistently driven improvements in operational efficiencies and safety initiatives. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
