Gabriel Schönangerer is a seasoned audio professional with extensive experience in sound design and music production. Currently serving as a Senior Audio Designer at Purple Lamp since November 2019, Gabriel focuses on sound design, audio implementation, and music direction. Prior to this role, Gabriel worked as a freelance sound designer on notable projects such as "Spongebob - Battle For Bikini Bottom Rehydrated" and has contributed to various unannounced projects. From 2010 to June 2022, Gabriel operated a one-man studio, Gabs - Music & Sound Design, in Vienna, Austria, creating music and sounds for diverse media, leveraging a background in electronic music to produce a wide range of styles. Previous freelance work includes sound design for significant titles at Ubisoft Blue Byte GmbH, such as "South Park - The Fractured But Whole," "Anno 1800," and others. Gabriel holds a Mag.(FH) degree in MultiMediaArt from Fachhochschule Salzburg, earned from 2004 to 2010.
