Kirill Korotaev's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Lexus. Kirill then moved on to become a Brand Manager at Lexus from an unspecified start date to 2016. In 2017, Kirill joined the Higher School of Economics as a Research Assistant and subsequently became a Teaching Assistant in 2018. Most recently, in 2019, Kirill co-founded Purple Gaze and currently serves as the CEO, focusing on building an AI platform for collecting brain data through eye movements.

Kirill Korotaev has a strong educational background in the field of management. Kirill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Kirill then pursued further education and completed their Master's degree in Management from the same institution, studying from 2013 to 2015. Seeking to expand their knowledge and skill set, Kirill Korotaev went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Cognitive Sciences & Technologies at the Higher School of Economics, where they studied from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Kirill Korotaev also holds professional certifications. In November 2020, they obtained the Venture Deals Fall 2020 certification from Techstars. Furthermore, in November 2021, they achieved the 12-Week Growth Hacking Immersive certification from Growth Tribe. These certifications indicate their commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry practices and trends.
