Thomas Garrett has a diverse range of work experience. Thomas is currently the Chief Executive Officer at MCP Services LLC since October 2020. Prior to that, they founded Golden Trout Capital LLC in September 2012. Thomas also served as the CEO of Purosil, LLC, a high-performance silicone hose manufacturer since January 2009. Additionally, Thomas founded MCPU Polymer Engineering, which manufactures Honey Bee Reactive Modifiers, in 2009. Thomas held the role of Vice President of Research and Development at MCP Industries, Inc. starting from June 1990. Thomas has also been involved in various leadership positions, including serving as the Chair of the Governance Committee and Chapter President at Entrepreneurs' Organization, as well as the President of Corona Rotary Club. Thomas was also the Fundraising Chair at ROTARY DISTRICT NO 5330 FOUNDATION.

Thomas Garrett has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Stanford University, obtained from 1979 to 1983. Thomas then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 1983 to 1988. In 1988 to 1990, they attended the University of Strasbourg, specializing in Chemistry. Later, in 2005 to 2007, Thomas also completed the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Business. Additionally, they have attended the Tribal Leadership Academy, although the dates and specific degree are not provided.
