Darrell Baldock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partner services and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Partner Services and previously as National Manager of Operations Returns at Purolator Inc. Since August 2019, Baldock has collaborated with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
