Bilawal Raza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and process improvement. Currently serving as a Regional Field Engineer at Purolator Inc. since April 2022, Bilawal has successfully led change management initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings. Prior to this role, Bilawal worked as a Process Improvement Lead at Kent Building Supplies, where coaching efforts led to substantial financial gains. Experience includes developing standard operating procedures at the Port of Halifax and managing a major project as an Engineer Intern at Compass Minerals. Educationally, Bilawal holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering CO-OP from Dalhousie University, graduated in 2020.
