Rick McGlinchey is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in customer experience, analytics, and business intelligence. As Co-Founder of PureInsights, LLC, Rick helped establish the company as the leading Genesys AppFoundry Marketplace partner globally for 2023, focusing on CX insights for Genesys Cloud CX customers. Currently serving on the Leadership Council of the Indiana Founders Network, Rick supports fellow tech founders in Indiana. Additionally, Rick acts as an Ambassador for The Startup Ladies, mentoring women entrepreneurs. With a background in consulting and leadership roles at Interactive Intelligence and other firms, Rick’s expertise spans management consulting, program management, and contact center solutions. Rick holds a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
