Paul Alexander is an experienced professional in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Escalations Engineering at Pure Storage since October 2014. Throughout their tenure at Pure Storage, Paul has held various roles, including Technical Support Manager, Team Lead, and Technical Support Engineer positions. Prior to joining Pure Storage, Paul worked as a Computer Technician at the University of Utah from October 2007 to October 2014. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies, along with a minor in German Language and Literature, all obtained from the University of Utah between 1998 and 2004.
