Mr. Lashnits joined Pure Cycle in 2017 and is the Vice President of Land Development. Mr. Lashnits’ background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and over 20 years of experience developing land across the front range of Colorado. With an in-depth understanding of the local development industry, from acquisitions to entitlements and construction, and helps establish corporate objectives, mitigate risks, and optimize results.
