Nicole Sheldon is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and mental health counseling. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Pure Abilities Therapeutic Services since July 2023, Nicole has also worked as a Mental Health Counselor and Counseling Intern at Phoenix Associates, Inc. since May 2020. Previous roles include Accommodation Consultant at Amazon, Behavior Consultant and Office Lead at Pure Abilities, LLC, and Department Assistant and ABA Technician at Wedgwood Christian Services. Additional experience includes a Patient Service Representative position at Spectrum Health and Child Care Provider at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Valley State University, complemented by coursework in Business Administration at Schoolcraft College.
